The AI that runs the back of house,so you can run the front.
Fondas works with everything your hotel already uses, leaves the day ready and answers any question, so every guest gets a more personal stay, and your team has more time to give it.

Good morning. Here's Hotel Pati Blau today.
12 arrivals today. Núria Bofill is back for a third stay — room 204 is already blocked for her on the quiet side of the courtyard.
Three arrival times still missing. Carmen Ortega, Henrik Lund and the Ashworth party were all chased overnight. Henrik Lund lands at 23:40 from Copenhagen; the night desk has his key ready.
7 departures, all before noon. The Aguirre-Miralles family leaves the Garden Suite after eight nights, so housekeeping has the full turnaround flagged before the 16:00 arrivals.
Three is where we started, not where we stop.
Don't see yours? Tell us, and it's connected before your pilot starts. Days, not quarters — the enterprise lot would still be scheduling the kick-off call. We ship every week, and you'll watch us do it.
Now onboarding our first hotels.
The whole hotel, on one screen.
Arrivals, overnight email, tonight's occupancy and the one thing that needs a decision — summarized in plain language before your first coffee.

Four guest emails overnight. One needs you: Elena Vidal, arriving Tuesday, asks whether the roof terrace is reachable by lift. The reply is drafted and waiting for your yes.
Occupancy tonight: 89%. 40 of 45 rooms, and the weekend is already full.
One thing to decide. Thursday, 25 June: 22 of 45 — soft for late June. Worth a look at the midweek rate before the weekend fills.

Is the roof terrace reachable by lift?
Elena Vidal · elena.vidal@…
Good evening — we arrive on Tuesday and my father walks with a stick. Is the roof terrace for breakfast reachable by lift, or are there steps at the top? Thank you, Elena

Good evening Elena — yes, the lift reaches the roof terrace and there are no steps at the top; breakfast is served there from 7:30. The Garden Suite is on the courtyard level too, so it is step-free all the way to reception. We'll have everything ready for Tuesday. Warm regards, Hotel Pati Blau

Housekeeping, ahead
The day starts sorted, not waiting to be sorted.
One ordinary night, with example times. Fondas doesn't only work at night: it syncs your PMS every fifteen minutes and reads the inbox every five. The brief arrives at the hour you choose.
The same morning, two ways.
Same hotel, same PMS, same inbox. The difference is how much of it you still do by hand.
The manual front desk

With Fondas
- Ask-anything answers from live data
- Every reply drafted for your review
- Late arrivals surface in the brief, not at the door
Four parts of the day, one place.
You can pay for six subscriptions — comms, revenue, tasks, finance, experiences, CRM — or have the four things that actually eat your morning in one tool that already knows your hotel.
Morning brief
The day written before you open: arrivals, departures, VIPs, and what needs you.
Check-ins
Arrival times chased and confirmed on their own, so housekeeping stays ahead.
Communications
Every guest email with the reply drafted and the booking beside it. Sending is your call.
Ask anything
When a question comes up, you ask it like you'd ask a colleague: about your hotel — who's returning, how tonight looks — or how to handle an incident or a complaint.
One hotel, three different mornings.
The same information, doing a different job for each.
Owners & groups
From one hotel to twenty
See them all without asking.
- One brief per hotel, at the hour you choose.
- No waiting for Monday's report, whether you run two hotels or twenty.
- The same numbers your GM is working from.
- One tool even when each hotel runs a different PMS.
General Managers
The property, day to day
Walk in knowing.
- The brief written before you open.
- Arrivals, VIPs and unconfirmed ETAs, before the shift.
- What your morning needs, not everything that happened.
- Ask anything about the day, in plain language.

The inbox and arrivals
The inbox, already answered.
- Every email with the reply drafted and the booking beside it.
- In your hotel's voice, not a robot's.
- Arrival times chased on their own.
- Sending is always your call.
Your PMS's copilot works for your PMS.
Fondas works for you. It sits on MEWS, Apaleo and the inbox you already use — and if you ever run two hotels on two systems, it's still one tool.
- Nothing to migrate, nothing for your team to relearn.
- One place, even when each hotel runs a different system.
- Change your PMS and Fondas stays.
Your team is already using AI. Just not safely.
Right now someone on your front desk is pasting a guest's email into a free chatbot to write the reply in English. Fondas gives them the same speed inside your own environment, on your hotel's data.
Encrypted, EU-hosted
Your guests' data is stored encrypted, on European servers.
Only for your hotel
Used solely to produce your briefs and drafts. Never to train anything.
Deleted when you leave
Cancel and it's erased. The hotel is the data controller; Fondas is the processor.
What's coming.
Written in the future tense on purpose: it doesn't do this today. We ship something new every week, and founding hotels choose the order.
Analytics and revenue
The revenue dashboard and hotel analytics. First will come a line in the brief when a night is running soft: a signal, not a pricing engine.
Pre-arrival extras
Pre-arrival drafts will include your own paid extras with prices: late checkout, breakfast, parking.
The brief on WhatsApp
Where you'll actually read it at 6:45.
The stay plan
A printed sheet for each guest, made for them: their names, their trip, your neighbourhood and what's on in the city those days.
The paperwork hours, back to your guests.
Fondas takes the two heaviest parts of the day: guest email and getting up to speed. The drafts and the brief come from AI that already knows your hotel; sending is always your call.

Setup
Which systems do you support?
MEWS and Apaleo today, plus Gmail for the inbox — each connects in a few minutes. Using something else? We connect it during onboarding.
Do I have to switch systems?
No. Fondas sits on top of the tools you already use. Nothing to migrate and nothing for your team to relearn.
How long does setup take?
About thirty minutes, and we do it with you. Connect your PMS and your inbox, and your first brief arrives the next morning.
Security & data
Does Fondas ever email guests without me?
Never automatically. Every reply is drafted for your review — sending is always your decision.
Where does our guest data live?
In our EU-hosted database, in your own isolated space. Fondas does store the reservation and guest data it reads from your PMS and inbox — that is what the briefs, drafts and answers are built from. It is encrypted at rest, protected by row-level security so one property can never see another's, used only to run your hotel, and deleted when you leave.
Is guest data used to train AI models?
No. Your guests' information is used only to run your hotel's briefs, drafts and answers — never to train shared models.
See it running on your own hotel's data.
Twenty minutes, your hotel, nothing to migrate. A free 60-day pilot, no strings attached.
